Job summary

Wurth Industry North America in Richfield, Wisconsin is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, stocking, order filling, packaging and shipping activities. You will unload freight, verify parts, and prioritize orders using warehouse equipment.

The role requires forklift operation, certification, and the ability to work quickly in a team-oriented environment. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED with 1–2 years of material handling experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–2 years material handling/warehouse experience.
• Ability to operate a forklift, rider reach truck, stock picker or hand truck; must pass forklift training and certification.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Software; SAP knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and verify incoming freight.
• Stock, pick and package products for shipment.
• Verify quantities and labeling for accuracy and routing.
• Operate warehouse equipment to fill orders and move goods.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain clean, organized facilities.
• Communicate and resolve inventory or shipment discrepancies.
• All other duties as assigned.
