Job summary

Lidl US is hiring Warehouse Associates in Perryville, MD to accurately pick, pack and prepare pallets for delivery. You will work in multiple temperature zones and operate equipment safely. Training is provided, with opportunities to meet daily productivity goals.

Starting pay is $21.00 per hour, plus performance incentives up to $8.00 per hour. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401k with company match, DailyPay, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Motivation to work independently while meeting ambitious productivity goals.
• Ability to switch functions or tasks quickly.
• Comfort operating powered industrial equipment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including mornings, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to lift/carry 50+ lbs and reach above 10 inches.
• Ability to handle Lidl products including allergens.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack goods in multiple temperature zones by case/unit onto pallets using a pick by voice system.
• Prepare loaded pallets for outbound deliveries.
• Take inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
• Operate equipment according to safety guidelines in performing essential job functions.
