Tag Systems USA in Eatontown, NJ seeks a Warehouse Fulfillment Lead to oversee daily fulfillment, packaging and shipping operations. You will lead a team, coordinate workflow, ensure quality standards, and drive operational success in a secure manufacturing environment.

Must have experience leading warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, production or manufacturing teams, and enjoy creating efficient processes while supporting employee growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support fulfillment team members throughout the shift.
• Coordinate daily packaging, fulfillment, and shipping operations.
• Assign work based on priorities, deadlines, and staffing levels.
• Monitor workflow and adjust resources to maintain productivity.
• Ensure all orders are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process.
• Verify packaging requirements, inserts, labeling, and shipping specifications.
• Confirm carrier requirements for FedEx, DHL, and other approved shipping providers.
• Stage, organize, and distribute incoming work from production departments.
• Maintain accurate production records and status updates.
• Monitor packaging material inventory and communicate supply needs.
• Partner with Production, Quality Control, and Operations teams to resolve issues.
• Promote workplace safety, organization, and compliance with company procedures.
• Coach team members and help foster a positive, productive work environment.

• Experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, manufacturing, packaging, mailing, printing, logistics, or production environments
• Experience training, coaching, and developing employees
