Job summary

Wolar is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping of products. The role supports inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will unload shipments, verify orders, put away stock, pick and pack items, and help maintain safety and cleanliness. The position is full-time, on-site, and non-exempt, requiring physical work and teamwork to meet shipping deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks.
• Basic proficiency with warehouse equipment and shipping software.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Adherence to safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive orders: unload shipments, verify order accuracy and store items.
• Put away stock in designated locations following inventory guidelines.
• Pick orders accurately based on requirements.
• Pack orders ensuring safe delivery and proper labeling.
• Maintain health and safety standards and a clean work area.
• Coordinate with logistics to schedule shipments and meet deadlines.
• Perform cycle counts to verify inventory and report discrepancies.
