Job summary

SRS Building Products - Flemington is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage the receiving, stocking, and distribution of materials in our Flemington, NJ facility. You will log inventory, unload shipments, and prepare orders for delivery to customers.

You will operate forklifts, keep the workspace safe and organized, and collaborate with teammates to meet delivery schedules. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required; experience with inventory software is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with inventory software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiar with industry-specific software applications.
• Proficient in Spanish or another secondary language.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety.
• Experience conducting safety audits and training sessions.
• Adaptable to changing environments and challenges.
• Basic computer skills and math for inventory counts.
• Strong time management and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, verify, and log incoming orders and shipments.
• Load outgoing orders onto trucks, ensuring correct handling and paperwork.
• Maintain organized, clean warehouse and comply with safety standards.
• Manage inventory, rotate stock, and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with teammates to support a team-first culture.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
