Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Forklift Operator certification preferred.
• Experience in high-volume distribution environments desirable.
• Proficiency with inventory software and MS Office (Excel) is expected.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish or another language) are a plus.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety is beneficial.
• Experience conducting safety audits and trainings is a plus.
• Strong adaptability and teamwork in a changing environment are valued.
• Basic computer skills and math for inventory counts are required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, verify, and unload incoming orders and shipments, log and store materials accurately.
• Load outgoing orders onto trucks, ensuring proper handling and documentation to meet delivery schedules.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and clean warehouse and yard area.
• Manage inventory by distributing materials to storage areas, rotating stock, and reporting discrepancies or damaged items.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a cooperative, productive work environment.
• Operate forklifts and other handling equipment safely and efficiently, following guidelines.
