You will manage a small team, enforce policies, and coordinate with drivers and schedules.

Qualifications

• Requires 5 years of related experience and management of two or more regular full-time employees.
• Minimum 3-5 years in warehouse/distribution with at least 1 year in a lead/supervisory role.
• Valid driver license and ability to drive for company business; background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse personnel to ensure productivity and on-time processing of orders and returns.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, loading/unloading, picking and packing of finished goods, and equipment maintenance.
• Identify space needs and coordinate with delivery schedules to meet distribution goals.
