Responsibilities

• Receive and store products from multiple sources while maximizing cube space.
• Process backorders to fulfill customer orders and meet order ready times.
• Picks & stages customer orders to achieve our goals and customer expectations.
• Pick and prepare orders for customers and track items removed from crib.
• Perform inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Grounds keeping and trash collection/disposal to provide a clean appearance for customers and employees.
• Support customer service by assisting customers picking up and loading product.
• Resolve customer problems promptly to retain and promote customer loyalty.
