Job summary

Quality Talent Group is assisting a client in Illinois with a Retail Warehouse Associate role. This position supports daily warehouse operations, prepares products for customers, and helps maintain efficient, safe, and clean workspaces. You will handle inventory, staging, and basic repairs as needed.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work with forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment while prioritizing customer satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and move up to 100 lbs with assistance as needed.
• Experience in warehouse, retail, or material handling preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Receive, move, store, assemble, and prepare furniture
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks, lifts, dollies)
• Inspect and prepare merchandise to meet quality standards
• Load, unload, organize, and stage inventory
• Perform minor repairs, touch-ups, and repackaging
• Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and audits
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Support a positive customer experience
