Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Warehouse Associate to unload inbound freight, verify counts and conditions, and route materials to proper areas. You will handle receiving, labeling, and preparing outbound shipments in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include using SAP for inventory tasks, performing cycle counts, and safely operating forklifts to move goods. Prior warehouse experience and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3 years of related warehouse or production experience.
• Forklift operation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound freight and verify counts and condition of goods.
• Sort and label raw materials according to procedures.
• Prepare receiving records and deliver non-inventory items to departments with receipts.
• Maintain delivery receipts for non-inventory items.
• Operate SAP inventory functions and ensure accurate stock updates.
• Load outbound freight and prepare Bills of Lading and shipping paperwork.
• Move finished goods to appropriate storage areas and conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Safely operate fork trucks and shuttle trucks and maintain a clean, safe work area.
