Job summary

Neovia Logistics in Plainfield, AR is seeking a Warehouse Clerk - Pick Tower to support daily fulfillment operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain efficient movement of product within the warehouse. You will work with operations leaders, forklift operators, inventory control, and warehouse staff to maintain productivity and order accuracy, starting at $18.50 per hour plus shift differential.

Qualifications

• Basic math and inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills for a clean, efficient workspace.
• Proficiency with inventory systems and data entry.
• Physical stamina for lifting and moving items in a warehouse.
• Clear communication with vendors and internal teams.
• Attention to detail to verify quantities and discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Inventory updates in the inventory management system and stock levels.
• Sort and label items for proper storage.
• Place received items in designated warehouse locations.
• Process returns, verify reasons, update inventory.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments: dates, quantities, vendor info.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, pushing, pulling as needed.
• Unload deliveries from trucks or services.
• Verify items against purchase orders and packing slips for accuracy.
• Inspect goods for damage and report issues.
• Other duties as needed.
