Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management, ERP, or demand planning systems.
• Experience querying, analyzing, and consolidating data from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inventory review projects to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity.
• Perform quantitative analysis to identify inventory trends, eliminate waste, and support demand forecasting.
• Plan, execute, and analyze cycle counts, inventory audits, and statistical test counts.
• Maintain inventory catalogs and accurately track and document all inventory movements.
• Proactively anticipate inventory requirements and communicate inventory needs to relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor, generate, and interpret inventory reports to support operational decision‑making.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to improve accuracy.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Recommend and support cost‑saving initiatives through inventory and process optimization.
• Collaborate with warehouse, operations, purchasing, and customer service teams to resolve inventory‑related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and inventory control standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
