Job summary

Neovia Logistics Services (NLS) in Plainfield, IN is seeking a Warehouse Clerk - Pick Tower to support daily fulfillment operations. You will ensure inventory accuracy, replenish pick locations, and move product efficiently within the warehouse, collaborating with operations leaders and forklift operators.

Responsibilities include updating inventory records, labeling and sorting items, stock placement, and processing returns while maintaining accurate documentation and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Basic math for quantities and inventory checks.
• Organizational skills to maintain clean, organized workspace and inventory.
• Proficiency in data entry and using inventory systems.
• Physical stamina to lift/move items and work in a warehouse environment.
• Strong communication with vendors and internal teams.
• Attention to detail to verify quantities and discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Inventory updates: enter received items and update stock levels.
• Sorting and labeling items for storage.
• Stock placement: store items in designated locations.
• Handling returns: process returns and update inventory.
• Maintaining records: document shipments, dates, quantities, and vendors.
• Communication with vendors to resolve discrepancies or issues.
• Physical tasks: lift/move boxes, pallets, and other materials.
• Unloading deliveries: receive and unload shipments.
• Verification against documents: check items against PO and packing slips.
• Inspection for damage: report issues to appropriate parties.
• Other duties as needed
