Job summary

Mary Kay Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support Distribution Operations at our Dallas-area facility. You will handle receiving, put-away, and shipping tasks, operate a forklift and RF/WMS tools, and ensure accurate inventory movement on the floor.

You will work in a fast-paced, safety‑conscious environment, performing cycle counts, batch checks, and coordinating with Inventory Control to meet daily shipping deadlines and product flow requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn WM terminology/acronyms and understand radio frequency functions to perform tasks.
• Must be able to learn OSHA standards and demonstrate competency in safety workplace procedures.
• Must be able to learn Hazardous Material Shipping regulations as required to perform shipping related functions.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, time‑sensitive, proactive, and multi-cultural environment with co-workers and supervision.
• Must be able to read, understand, and accept system directed work to verify inventory part numbers and stock accurately.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload skids of inventory from trucks on the receiving dock, label, palletize, and move to reserve locations.
• Verify quantities; scan skids to shipments and ensure loads are secure for outbound transport.
• Stock the pick line and reserve locations using RF/WM systems; verify part numbers.
• Perform weekly cycle counts and assist reconciliation of variances.
• Coordinate with the supervisor to ensure timely delivery of components to the Production floor; inspect finished goods for defects.
• Conduct daily forklift safety checks and maintain equipment.
