Job summary

Mary Kay Global is seeking personnel for on-site warehouse roles focused on accurate picking and packing. You will operate a pick-to-light system, rotate through packing, shipping, and quality control, and maintain a neat work environment while meeting efficiency targets.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to lift 35 pounds, basic math, and reliable attendance; data entry experience is preferred to support inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and count to fill product orders.
• Good manual dexterity for picking and packing.
• Basic math skills for quantities and counts.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly.
• Continuous standing/walking to pick orders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Reliable attendance and adherence to safety rules.
• Experience with data entry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Picks product orders using a pick-to-light system and places items into boxes.
• Rotates through packing, shipping, box making, and quality control areas.
• Ensures correct items and quantities, and neat packing for shipment.
• Maintains clean, organized work area and follows safety policies.
• Records numbers for inventory accuracy and handles rework/inspections as needed.
• Supports additional duties and projects as required.
