Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a dependable Warehouse Fulfillment Associate in Middletown, PA. This role involves working with automated warehouse systems, scanners, labels and computer systems to receive, process, pick, pack and prepare products for shipment.

You will pick, pack, scan, and label items, receive shipments, verify quantities and labels, and enter data into warehouse systems. The position supports a fast-paced, tech-enabled distribution center with safety and accuracy as top priorities.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse/fulfillment experience preferred.
• Comfortable using computers, scanners and warehouse systems.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, scan, and label products accurately.
• Receive and process incoming shipments and materials.
• Verify product numbers, quantities, labels, and shipment information.
• Use scanners and computer systems to enter and retrieve inventory information.
• Identify and report damaged products, incorrect quantities, labeling issues, or other discrepancies.
• Stage, stock, and move products throughout the warehouse.
• Work with Receiving, Shipping, and Warehouse teams to keep products moving efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and follow all safety and quality procedures.

Available Shifts

• 1stShift | Monday – Friday | 6:30AM – 3:00PM
• 2ndShift | Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced distribution center.

In this role, you'll work with automated warehouse systems, scanners, labels, and computer systems to help receive, process, pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active while also working with technology and inventory information.

What You'll Do

• Pick, pack, scan, and label products accurately.
• Receive and process incoming shipments and materials.
• Verify product numbers, quantities, labels, and shipment information.
• Use scanners and computer systems to enter and retrieve inventory information.
• Identify and report damaged products, incorrect quantities, labeling issues, or other discrepancies.
• Stage, stock, and move products throughout the warehouse.
• Use pallet jacks, carts, and other material-handling equipment as needed.
• Work closely with Receiving, Shipping, and Warehouse teams to keep products moving efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and follow all safety and quality procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse, receiving, pick/pack, inventory, fulfillment, or distribution experience preferred.
• Comfortable using computers, scanners, and warehouse systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable with reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, automated environment.
• Comfortable standing, walking, lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift.
• Pallet jack or material-handling experience is a plus.
