Job summary

Gordon Food Service's Aberdeen, MD distribution center is seeking a Freight Handler to support warehouse operations, moving pallets from trailers and breaking down products for proper pallet configuration. No prior experience is required — training is provided.

You must be 18+, able to work holidays and weekends, and perform in temperature conditions from -25F to 100F. Weekly pay, benefits from day one, and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Able to work holidays, weekends and overtime as needed.
• No prior warehouse experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Move pallets from trailers and break down products for correct pallet configuration.
• Separate inbound freight by item code onto pallets and ensure damaged product is accounted for.
• Maintain pallet integrity and safe operation in a cold or hot environment.
