Scheels in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a Warehouse Associate to unload shipments, organize freight, and support backstock for efficient inventory flow.

You will use a pallet jack, inspect shipments for damage, attach price tags, and collaborate with merchandisers to route items. A high school diploma and 1–3 months of warehouse experience are preferred. Benefits include ESOP, health coverage, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1–3 months of warehouse or freight receiving experience.
• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, lift heavy items per safety guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Unload and unpack shipping trucks.
• Organize and prioritize incoming freight to accurately receive inventory.
• Examine shipments, reject damaged items, and record shortages/overages.
• Develop and execute claims on mis-ships and defective products.
• Work with merchandisers to distribute items to correct backstock or the warehouse.
• Assist merchandisers by attaching identification and price tags.
• Operate pallet jack to move shipments between platforms, backstock, or the warehouse.
• Navigate a computer and a phone (Google Suite, AS400, inventory, pricing, receiving).
• Ability to work Monday through Friday daytime hours, with potential evenings/weekends as needed.
