Scheels All Sports, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to unload, organize, and receive freight, ensuring accurate inventory and efficient workflow. The role supports merchandising teams and requires basic computer system use and physical stamina.

The position offers a robust benefits package, including ESOP, 401(k) with Roth options, discounts, and comprehensive health coverage. Typical hours are Monday–Friday daytime with potential evenings or weekends depending on needs.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months of warehouse or freight receiving experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift and move heavy objects.

Responsabilidades

• Unload and unpack shipping trucks.
• Organize and prioritize incoming freight for accurate inventory receiving.
• Examine shipments, reject damaged items, and record shortages/overages.
• Develop and execute claims for mis-ships and defective products.
• Collaborate with merchandisers to distribute items to backstock or warehouse.
• Attach item identifications and price tags as needed.
• Move shipments using pallet jacks between platforms, backstock, or warehouse.
• Navigate computer systems (Google Suite, AS400) and a phone for inventory tasks.
• May require Monday–Friday daytime hours with possible evenings or weekends.
