Job summary

Lineage Logistics is hiring for a warehouse associate position at our Texas facility. The role involves reading work orders, locating items, and preparing shipments with RF scanning equipment. You will inspect pallets for damages and ensure accurate counts before shipping.

We seek candidates who can lift 40 lbs, work in cold or warm storage, and maintain high organization. Flexible weekend shifts may be required, and you’ll contribute to a clean, efficient warehouse operation daily.

Qualifications

• Identify products by reading, interpreting, and scanning pallet IDs.
• Ability to understand instructions in the country’s official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in cold or hot storage environments with provided PPE.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if needed.
• Must be comfortable with varying noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow computerized work orders to determine quantities and types of products to be shipped.
• Determine the location of requested items in the warehouse.
• Change over pallets for picking and inspect items for damages.
• Document and report damages to supervisors.
• Pack, seal, and label materials for shipping using RF scanning equipment.
• Alert leaders to product or material issues and seek directions.
• Help clean and organize the warehouse at shift end.
• Work with other machinery and material handling equipment.
