Job summary

Performance Foodservice in Ohio is seeking a Forklift/Reach Operator, Non Formula, to move and stock products across our distribution center. You will operate stand-up forklift and pallet jack, load and unload, and ensure accurate data entry and safety.

You must have a High School diploma or GED and at least 6 months of warehouse experience, be able to lift 10–90 lbs, work in cooler/freezer/dry areas, and pass background and drug tests. We offer competitive pay and benefits from Day 1.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Able to work scheduled overtime and the assigned shifts.
• Able to lift, stack and/or pull products weighing 10–90 lbs throughout shift.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments: cooler, freezer and dry.

Responsibilities

• Locate proper storage slots on racks and place pallets with forklift or hand stack, recording data as required.
• Replenish pick slots with outgoing stock and rotate stock by date to front of rack.
• Disperse over-stocked items to available slots and remove packaging waste as needed.
• Inspect and move pallets using pallet jack or forklift; ensure safety and GMP compliance.
• Adhere to safety policies and complete end-of-shift paperwork and inspections.
