Job summary

Mom’s Meals is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator to support our warehouse operations in Ohio. In a fast-paced lean environment, you will move, load, and stage pallets, perform inbound receiving and outbound shipping, and help keep inventory accurate through scanning and proper put-away.

This role requires standing for long periods, working in a cooler environment, and using a pallet jack and forklift. You must be at least 18, fluent in English, and able to pass pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• Stand-up/sit-down forklift experience required.
• Ability to operate pallet jack and lift up to 50 lbs.
• English speaking, reading, and writing fluency required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and put-away inbound receipts; load outbound pallets.
• Pick and load pallets for shuttle to the Ohio Kitchen.
• Monitor inventory levels and refill before depletion.
• Scan items to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Operate and move pallets using forklift and pallet jack.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
