Paycom's Ohio Distribution Center in Groveport is seeking an Equipment Operator to safely operate forklifts and related equipment to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise. Responsibilities include receiving, put-away, order picking, loading, and maintaining accurate inventory while following safety standards.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, basic math/reading skills, and forklift certification per OSHA.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receiving/Put-Away: unload inbound shipments and move product to storage locations.
• Quality: ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged; report variances.
• Order Picking: pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring correct quantity and type.
• Loading: move product from staging to trucks or trailers.
• Equipment: operate forklift, clamp truck or other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inventory: keep records, assist in physical inventories, ensure proper stock rotation.
• Safety: maintain a clean workspace, follow OSHA standards, promote safety.
• Maintenance: assist in general DC maintenance as required.
