As a Warehouse Forklift Operator, you will handle paper products using sit-down forklifts and clamp trucks, with shifts Sun-Wed 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Pay is $23.00 per hour, with regular full-time employment and training support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to be a team player and able to work within a diverse work environment.
• Able to build professional relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Must be punctual and have a good attendance record.
• Performs work independently with minimal supervision.
• Possesses a high degree of initiative.
• High level of accuracy, even under pressure.
• Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs.
• Stand for long periods.
• Work safely and follow health guidelines.
• Flexible schedule for various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Work within contract performance measurement guidelines.
• Ensure accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Handle day-to-day warehouse paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide maintenance support for automated packing systems during production hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
