Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Fairburn, Georgia is hiring a full-time Warehouse Material Handler to join our team. The role focuses on safe operations with state-of-the-art equipment as part of our supply chain operations.

Pay is $21.00 per hour with weekly pay, on-the-job paid training and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and a 401(k) plan. Optional employee discounts and safety gear are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to be a team player and work within a diverse work environment.
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Work within performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Ensure accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Handle daily warehouse paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for the automated packing system during production hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
