Job summary

Baumer Foods, Inc in Reserve Plant seeks a Forklift Operator – Warehouse to safely move, store, and rotate finished goods and materials. You will support inventory accuracy, product integrity, and shipping readiness, using Deacom WMS for transactions.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, stock rotation, following GMP and PPE requirements, and maintaining clean aisles. Prior forklift experience preferred; on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate forklifts safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail to support inventory accuracy.
• Basic math and reading skills for paperwork and log entries.
• Commitment to GMP, PPE, safety procedures, and on-time performance.

Responsibilities

• Transport, store, and retrieve finished goods and materials.
• Rotate inventory to maintain shelf life and quality.
• Record inventory movements and transactions using Deacom WMS.
• Load/unload materials from trucks and docks safely.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse aisles and staging areas.
• Perform forklift inspections and report issues promptly.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
