Job summary

Rudolph Foods seeks a Warehouse Personnel to efficiently manage inventory within the warehouse, including sorting, stacking, loading, unloading, and maintaining records for timely order fulfillment.

Daily duties include safetystacking, loading trucks, scanning into E21, and completing HACCP paperwork to ensure food safety standards are met. High school diploma or GED preferred; some related experience is welcome.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bi-lingual is not required but is a plus.
• Experience or familiarity with HACCP and food safety paperwork is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sort and organize inventory by type and brand for easy access.
• Safely stack boxes on skids, secure top layers, and position skids in designated areas.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in deliveries.
• Hand-load boxes into trailers following safety procedures.
• Maintain records of skids and labels in inventory systems.
• Complete HACCP paperwork to comply with food safety standards.
• Scan pallets into correct locations in the E21 system for inventory tracking.
• Stage, pick, and complete shipping forms and scans in E21.
• Shuttle finished products and raw materials between warehouses as required.
