SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick, scan, and load products, while maintaining an organized facility. You will move items to staging areas and ensure safe handling of materials throughout the site.

The role requires forklift experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work overtime, including some weekends. You will support maintenance and keep the warehouse running efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a forklift and moving inventory safely.
• Able to work overtime and some weekends when required.
• Efficient team player with good communication.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and quick decision-making skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance.
• Ability to diagnose simple machine issues and report them.
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read and comprehend complex written instructions.

Responsabilités

• Pick and scan product in the warehouse and load onto flatbed trailers or vans.
• Transport product to staging locations and move it as needed.
• Maintain an organized warehouse and relocate goods as required.
• Ensure safe movement of materials and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Perform cleaning and housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Operate the Hammel waste machine.
• Assist maintenance and contractor personnel with troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
