Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to lift and push/pull up to 35 lbs.
• Must be punctual with good attendance; flexible for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping and receiving.
• Operate forklift and contribute to cycle counting and audits.
• Ensure accurate picking/packing, tote induction, staging and loading/unloading.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse setting.
• Provide maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
