Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Hagerstown, MD is hiring a Material Handler on the third shift. You will operate forklifts, perform picking, packing, and shipping tasks, and handle related paperwork while supporting automated packing systems. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

The role requires forklift certification, 1+ year of warehouse experience, and strong communication and teamwork. A high school diploma is preferred, with flexibility for various shifts and a strong safety

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
One year or more warehouse/powered industrial truck experience preferred.
Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible schedule and ability to work various shifts.
Detail oriented, punctual, and able to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

Perform warehouse tasks including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and forklift operation.
Work within contract performance guidelines and ensure accurate picking, packing, auditing, and tote induction.
Handle day-to-day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading.
Provide maintenance support for automated packing systems during production hours.
Perform other duties as assigned.
