Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Hagerstown, MD is seeking a Material Handler to join our warehouse team. This role involves forklift operation, loading, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counting, with a first-shift schedule and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse/PIT experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator’s License.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse duties: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting.
• Adhere to contract performance measurement guidelines.
• Ensure accurate picking/packing, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Support maintenance for automated packing systems during shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
