Job summary

WinCo Foods, LLC in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to accurately select products and prepare store orders for shipment. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, receive goods, count and inspect items, and stage pallets for delivery.

The role requires the ability to work in a high-volume, 24/7 warehouse environment, lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 80-100 lbs occasionally, and maintain safety and accuracy throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work in a 24/7 operation including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to operate powered industrial forklifts, pallet jacks and related equipment.
• Learn and memorize warehouse layout and procedures.
• Stand, walk, and move rapidly throughout a shift.

Responsibilities

• Picks orders by selecting items from the warehouse according to a store pick list.
• Operates Forklifts and pallet jacks to move pallets and stage shipments.
• Receives, counts, inspects, and documents product with accuracy.
• Ensures proper loading, weight distribution, and sequencing for delivery.
• Maintains safety procedures and a clean work area.
• Performs other duties as assigned or needed.
