Job summary

WinCo Foods is seeking a warehouse associate to accurately select product and prepare store orders for shipment. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, move pallets, and stage goods for outbound freight in a 24/7 distribution environment.

Responsibilities include receiving product, verifying against documents, and ensuring proper weight distribution and product integrity throughout loading. Maintain safety and cleanliness daily.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work 24/7 shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Learn and follow warehouse layout and procedures.
• Demonstrate basic math for loading distributions and inventory checks.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders from warehouse using pick lists and prepare pallets for shipment.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move pallets from receiving to storage and then to shipping areas.
• Receive and verify products against bills of lading and purchase orders; document discrepancies.
• Store, stage, and load product ensuring weight distribution and product integrity.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
