Job summary

New Castle Building Products (NCBP) based in White Plains, NY, is seeking a full-time Warehouse/Forklift Operator to operate in a dynamic warehouse environment and fulfill customer orders from stock based on work orders.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, moving materials, counting inventory, and maintaining safe, orderly warehouse operations. A forklift is required, and union benefits are provided as part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Frequent lifting and moving of material up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Fulfilling customer orders from stock based on work orders
• Load building materials onto pallets and shelves for either delivery or for receipt into the warehouse
• Assist in counting of physical inventory
• Operate forklift in a safe manner with proper safety equipment
• Organize warehouse for orderliness at all times
• You will be expected to perform other duties as assigned
• Frequent standing, walking, crouching
