Job summary

Staffmark is hiring for a Warehouse Forklift position in Louisville, KY. The role requires safe forklift operation to move flooring materials and support inventory movement within a fast-paced warehouse.

You will pick orders, stock shelves, and help maintain inventory accuracy while following all safety procedures. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6am–2pm, with competitive weekly pay of $19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Experience with order picking and inventory handling is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to move, stage, and position flooring materials throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload products including vinyl, laminate, and carpet tile materials.
• Pick customer orders accurately and prepare them for shipment.
• Stock and replenish inventory in designated storage locations.
• Unload and organize incoming materials.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse organization.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned

Operating forklifts to lift, move, and position heavy flooring products, such as vinyl, laminate, and carpet tiles, from receiving areas to storage racks and to order-picking zones

Picking orders by retrieving specific flooring items from storage and placing them into order carts or trucks for shipment

Stocking and unstocking shelves or pallets, ensuring inventory is organized and accessible for order fulfillment

This opportunity is based on a Forklift Operator career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.
