Job summary

Stulz Gmbh is seeking a Warehouse Foreman to oversee inbound receipts, warehouse transfers, and outgoing shipping. You will supervise day-to-day material movement, operate forklifts, and ensure accurate ERP transactions while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

The role requires leadership, 3+ years in warehouse/production planning, ERP proficiency, and strong communication to coordinate with teams and management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3+ years in production planning/warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Oversee incoming material receipts and put-aways.
• Oversee shipping and supply QA with outgoing material.
• Manage transfers between warehouses and ERP transactions.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, turrets, pickers) as needed.
• Assist cycle counting and EOQ/stock replenishment.
• Support ISO processes and write/modify procedures as needed.
• Mentor and develop staff to improve team performance.
• Maintain a safety-first environment and resolve conflicts.
• Travel between local warehouses to complete duties as required.
