RAUCH Fruchtsäfte GmbH is seeking a Forklift Lead to supervise warehouse material handling and forklift operations. You will oversee the safe, accurate movement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, while supporting production, inventory control, receiving, and shipping objectives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years’ forklift operation and warehouse experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
• Associate degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
• Leadership or prior lead/mentor experience preferred.
• Experience in food/beverage manufacturing or distribution preferred.
• Experience with SAP, WMS, RF scanners, Zebra printers, and inventory systems preferred.
• Current forklift operator certification and OSHA safety training preferred.
• Experience coordinating warehouse activities and inventory transactions in fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse safety, GMP, and food safety standards.
• Ability to coach, train, and develop forklift operators.
• Ability to work independently while supporting broader objectives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support warehouse material handling activities.
