Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Janitorial associate for a company in Dalton, GA. The role focuses on keeping a clean, safe, and organized facility while supporting daily operations.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with full benefits after one year and 1,500 hours of service. The ideal candidate will have warehouse janitorial or cleaning experience, ability to operate a floor scrubber, and a strong commitment to safety and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse janitorial or industrial cleaning preferred.
• Experience operating a floor scrubber and other cleaning equipment safely.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Must wear PPE including steel-toe boots, safety glasses, and a high-visibility vest.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, scrub, and maintain warehouse floors and high-traffic forklift lanes.
• Clean and wipe down railings, guardrails, barriers, dock areas, and warehouse structures.
• Remove debris, dust, and spills to support OSHA compliance.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste in designated areas.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness around forklifts, pallet jacks, loading docks, and facility entrances.
