Job summary

American Facility Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable Floor Tech for a full-time shift from 11:30am to 7:30pm, Monday through Friday, in Eastman, GA. You will perform cleaning and floor care across offices, lobbies, kitchens, restrooms and common areas, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for clients.

Applicants should follow a strict dress code, show punctuality, and maintain professional conduct. Experience with floor care equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Floor care: sweep and damp mop hard surfaces; vacuum carpet and spot clean.
• Clean entrance lobby floors and vacuum/sweep stairs.
• Maintain kitchen/break rooms; sweep/damp mop; clean fixtures.
• Dust desks, furniture, windowsills; avoid moving personal items.
• Clean glass surfaces and entrance doors; remove smudges.
• Ensure cleanliness of restrooms; sanitize fixtures and dispose waste properly.
• Trash removal; replace liners and keep closets neat and secure.
• Operate with minimal lighting and turn off lights nightly; secure building.
