Job summary

MAC.BID in Saint Peters, MO is seeking a Facility Floater to support warehouse operations. This full-time hourly role covers sorting pallets, cleaning facilities, unloading trailers, and assisting across departments under supervision of the Facility Team Lead.

The position requires on-site availability, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds with a team, and endurance to stand and walk for long periods. High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with competitive hourly pay and benefits after

Qualifications

• Availability to work on-site. Schedules may vary Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift
• Must be able to stand and walk for hours at a time
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be able to follow written directions and company policies

Responsibilities

• Clear/gather, inventory, and sort pallets
• Clean warehouse and office spaces using a mop, broom, and vacuum
• Empty garbage and fill the dumpster according to vendor criteria
• Collect and bale cardboard
• Meet live trailers at the dock to unload quickly, avoiding retention fees
• Other tasks as assigned by management
