Job summary

MAC.BID buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products, then sells these items individually to the public through online auctions. The Facility Floater assists with every job within the department to ensure smooth operations. This position reports to the Facility Team Lead.

The job is a Full-Time Hourly Non-Exempt role in St Peters, MO with a pay rate of $17.00 to $18.50 per hour. Expect on-site work and a Monday–Friday schedule with daytime hours.

Qualifications

• On-site availability; schedule varies Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break
• Able to lift 25 lbs alone, 50 lbs with a team lift
• Must be able to stand and walk for hours at a time
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be able to follow written directions and company policies

Responsibilities

• Clear/gather, inventory, and sort pallets
• Clean warehouse and office spaces using a mop, broom, and vacuum
• Empty garbage and fill the dumpster according to vendor criteria
• Collect and bale cardboard
• Meet live trailers at the dock to unload quickly, avoiding retention fees
• Other tasks as assigned by management
