Cardinal Health in Grand Prairie, TX is hiring a Warehouse Associate (Floater) to support receiving, storage, and shipment of medical products. You will pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment while maintaining quality checks and accuracy.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, willingness to train on equipment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with overtime. Training is provided on day one, with opportunities across multiple warehouse areas.

Qualifications

• No warehouse experience required; training provided starting first day.
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for 8+ hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, quality checks, packing, inputting product information, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Cross-training in multiple warehouse areas and participation in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment as required.
