Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Roanoke, TX team. You will receive, pick, pack and prepare orders for shipment, supporting customers and patients who rely on timely deliveries.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, working at heights, operating warehouse equipment after training, and maintaining a clean, safe work area while meeting daily productivity targets.

Qualifications

• We are open to candidates with little to no warehouse experience.
• Fast-paced, goal-oriented environment with on‑the‑job training starting day one.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, quality control, packing, and preparing shipments.
• Cross-training in multiple warehouse areas and participating in projects.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Willingness to train and become certified to drive equipment (order picker, forklift, reach truck, pallet jack).
