Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments of windows, doors, TexCote products, and accessories.
• Move and organize windows and doors in preparation for installation and pickup.
• Stage materials and products for upcoming installation jobs.
• Maintain inventory levels and perform regular stock checks.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Assist installation and production teams with light field/service work as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Oversee the organization and day-to-day management of company vehicles.
• Track and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and scheduled services.
• Coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance appointments with approved vendors.
• Monitor vehicle condition and report or address maintenance concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, inspections, and service schedules.

We're looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse to join our Fort Myers production team. This position will support daily warehouse operations, assist our installation crews as needed, and oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance coordination of our company fleet.

Key Responsibilities
