Job summary

Coastal Air Plus is seeking a hands-on Warehouse and Fleet Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, maintain our vehicle fleet, and ensure technicians are equipped for success. You’ll be organized, proactive, and focused on building efficient processes.

The role offers full-time hours in Myrtle Beach, SC, with a $20–$30 per hour pay range based on experience. Overtime may be required; strong organizational skills and a team-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse, inventory, fleet, or operations management experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment.
• HVAC, construction, or skilled trades experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude, accountability, and a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory
• Manage company fleet maintenance, registration, and repairs
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and order supplies

7 am - 4 pm | Monday-Friday | Overtime as needed
