Responsibilities

• Operate a jockey-spotter truck and/or shuttle truck to move trailers around the property and to an off-site drop yard, backing into and pulling out of loading bays.
• Maintenance and service of trucks with local vendors required.
• Operate the plant with efficiency and safety as a priority.
• Interview, hire and train all new associates.
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure staff compliance.
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed daily.
• Meet company metric goals.
• Supervise accurate and timely data entry.
