Qualifications

• Experience supervising employees including hiring, training, and termination.
• Trucking experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule with some weekends; may be required.
• Ability to train, coach, and lead employees positively.
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Sound decision-making and problem-solving in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a jockey-spotter and shuttle truck to move trailers around the property and to off-site yards.
• Maintain and service trucks with local vendors.
• Run plant operations prioritizing safety and efficiency.
• Interview, hire and train all new associates.
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure compliance with all staff.
• Ensure company policies are followed daily and customer needs are met.
• Oversee data entry accuracy and meet company metric goals.
