Job summary

Premier Warehousing Services, Inc. in Lisbon, OH is seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily operations at our building materials plant, directing drivers and warehouse staff while prioritizing safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, conducting safety meetings, ensuring policy compliance, meeting metrics, and maintaining data accuracy; trucking experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule; some weekends may be required.
• Ability to train, coach, and lead employees positively.
• Strong Organization and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Trucking experience is preferred.
• Experience supervising employees including hiring, training, and termination.

Responsibilities

• Operate a jockey-spotter and shuttle truck to move trailers around the property and to an off-site drop yard, backing into and pulling out of loading bays.
• Maintenance and service of trucks with local vendors.
• Manage plant operations with safety as a priority.
• Interview, hire and train all new associates.
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure compliance of all staff.
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed daily.
• Meet customer needs and ensure data entry is accurate and timely.
• Meet company metric goals.
