• Trucking experience is preferred.
• Experience supervising employees including hiring, training, and termination.

Responsibilities

• Operate a jockey-spotter truck and shuttle truck to move trailers on site and to an off-site drop yard.
• Maintain and service trucks with local vendors.
• Run the plant with safety and efficiency as a priority.
• Interview, hire and train new associates.
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure compliance by staff.
• Enforce company policies and procedures daily.
• Meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee accurate and timely data entry.
• Meet company metric goals.
