Job summary

Eco Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air in Seattle seeks an experienced Warehouse & Fleet Manager to lead our growing team. You will oversee warehouse operations, manage fleet activities, and drive efficiency across inventory, deliveries, and safety.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, 2+ years in warehouse and fleet management, proficiency with MS Office, a clean driver's license, and familiarity with Service Titan is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years in warehouse management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years as a fleet manager or in a related role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Experience with Service Titan preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong multitasking abilities under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to improve efficiency.
• Supervise inventory, cycle counting, and replenishment.
• Coordinate staging of materials; nights/weekends possible.
• Set KPIs and goals for inventory staff.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety.
• Lead safety trainings and inspections.
• Manage PPE and safety standards in the warehouse.
• Control waste disposal, security, and office sanitization.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, tracking, and scheduling.
• Coordinate job-site deliveries with warehouse staff.
